It all started when Katie tripped on a banana peel. She was in the hospital with stitches on her knee. Her friend got her a scarecrow. When she was home she found out something MAGICAL! The scarecrow was ALIVE! It had an angry and scary face. It had a loud and scary sound and his arms waved hard.
Katie had a pet bird named Coocoo. One day there was a fire in their garden and Coocoo was in the garden. The scarecrow saw Coocoo and clapped its hands and Coocoo flew away. The scarecrow saved Coocoo's life!
